As an HR Generalist Jr., you will join our People te am, working closely with the HR Manager and taking ownership of both administrative and recruitment processes, while also contributing to cross-functional HR initiatives.
Your key responsibilities?
• Handle HR administration processes: contracts, employee records, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and other related tasks.
• Handle recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and coordination with external providers.
• Drive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
• Participate in projects to improve internal processes and HR tools (employee portal, automation, etc.).
• Provide administrative and organizational support to Management.
What are we looking for?
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, covering both HR administration and recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English (B2 or above).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
