✅ Responsibilities:
✔️Game Development Leadership
- Define and manage the production roadmap for assigned games, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
- Lead the game development lifecycle from concept, prototyping, production, launch, and live operations.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, developers, and QA teams to ensure a seamless development process.
✔️Project Management
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation of production processes, project updates, and outcomes.
✔️Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, and analytics teams to align game features with market trends and business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and decision-making among team members and leadership.
✔️Quality Assurance and Market Fit
- Ensure the creative vision is maintained throughout development and matches market demands.
- Conduct competitive analyses to benchmark game mechanics, themes, and features against industry standards.
- Oversee testing phases to ensure games are polished, bug-free, and ready for launch.
✅ Requirements:
✔️Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a Game Producer or in a similar production role in the igaming industry (slots).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality games, preferably in slots
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
✔️Skills and Competencies
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, player behavior, and market trends.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate game performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
✔️Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with game development engines like Unity, Unreal, or proprietary platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player engagement and retention strategies.
