I’m currently partnering with a fast-paced, venture-backed startup that is expanding its engineering team in Europe. They are looking for skilled Software Engineers (backend, frontend, or fullstack) who thrive in dynamic environments and want to make a real impact on a product from the ground up.
This is a chance to join a lean, highly talented engineering team where you’ll work closely with founders and senior stakeholders. You won’t just be a cog in the wheel - you’ll be directly shaping the technology roadmap and seeing the results of your work in production quickly.

This is a chance to join a lean, highly talented engineering team where you’ll work closely with founders and senior stakeholders. You won’t just be a cog in the wheel - you’ll be directly shaping the technology roadmap and seeing the results of your work in production quickly.
Role Highlights
- Build and scale production-grade systems, features, and applications.
- Work across backend, frontend, or fullstack (depending on your expertise).
- Collaborate with product and design to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Contribute to architecture, best practices, and long-term scalability.
- Be part of a collaborative, on-site team (5 days per week, Europe-based).
- Solid experience with either:
- Backend (e.g. Python, Go, Java, Node.js)
- Frontend (e.g. React, Vue, Angular, TypeScript)
- Fullstack (comfortable across both)
- Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
- Startup mindset: adaptable, hands-on, and excited to move fast.
- Must be based in Europe and open to 5 days per week in-office.
