We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Fullstack Developer to lead and mentor our dynamic development team. This role will leverage your expertise in modern JavaScript, end-to-end application architecture and AI/ML to shape innovative, scalable software solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and contribute hands-on to projects while championing best practices.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Fullstack Developer to lead and mentor our dynamic development team. This role will leverage your expertise in modern JavaScript, end-to-end application architecture and AI/ML to shape innovative, scalable software solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will guide technical decisions, mentor team members, and contribute hands-on to projects while championing best practices.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor junior developers in coding standards, architecture, and best practices. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Shape the technical direction of projects, focusing on scalability, innovation, and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to build responsive, cross-platform web applications. Optimize front-end performance for compatibility across browsers and devices
- Architect and maintain server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient access patterns
- Lead AI/ML solution integration to enhance product features, leveraging relevant tools and frameworks for seamless tech stack integration
- Define API contracts, bridge front-end and back-end components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize the application stack
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of fullstack development experience, with strong proficiency in JavaScript
- Proven experience in AI/ML application and integration, with a strong understanding of relevant frameworks and algorithms
- Advanced expertise in front-end technologies, JavaScript frameworks, and back-end development with Node.js, including server-side frameworks and database management
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, creating a positive and productive work environment alongside strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration and client interactions
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or other developer communities
