Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR data management. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition for employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development and change initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR analytics tools.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
