Data Scientist

MAP Talent have partnered with a data-driven consultancy passionate about leveraging advanced technologies and building an environment which supports growth and development.

This organisation specialise in building and deploying cutting-edge machine learning models, and we’re looking for a creative and technically skilled professional to join the team as they look to hire between 10-20 data scientists in the next 6 months.

This is a global organisation who are the no.1 consultancy within their home country. Diversity and inclusion is important to the business and they actually have 20+ different nationalities working in the business!

Responsibilities:

• Develop Large Language Models (LLMs): Work on the latest AI technologies to design and refine powerful LLMs.
• Full Lifecycle Model Development: Take models from initial Proof of Concept (POC) through to full-scale deployment, ensuring they deliver maximum value.
• Python Expertise: Use your strong Python skills, especially with pandas, to manipulate and analyse large datasets effectively.
• Mathematical Modelling: Apply your analytical skills to solve complex business problems through mathematical modeling.
• Build Virtual Assistants: Design and implement smart virtual assistants that enhance user experience and automate processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing machine learning models, with a focus on LLMs.
• Strong Python programming skills, particularly with pandas for data manipulation.
• Background in mathematical modeling and a knack for solving real-world challenges.
• Experience in building and deploying virtual assistant technologies.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of data science.
