We are looking for a DevOps Engineer for our growing Technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and optimize the Kubernetes environment for scalability and performance,
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, enhancing automation processes with tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Octopus Deploy,
• Manage log management tools (e.g., Graylog, ELK stack) and storage solutions (e.g., MinIO, Harbor),
• Provide integration support and technical guidance to software development teams,
• Explore emerging technologies, conduct proof of concepts (PoCs), and implement innovative solutions,
• Oversee and maintain Linux servers, including provisioning, configuration, patch management, and security updates,
• Support DevSecOps practices by integrating security tools and implementing security measures in collaboration with the team,
• Review code, providing constructive feedback to improve software quality and maintainability,
• Monitor application performance using APM tools (e.g., New Relic, Instana, or similar solutions) to ensure optimal system performance,
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools, ensuring proactive issue detection,
• Develop incident response strategies and maintain high system availability and reliability,
• Manage security services (e.g., Cloudflare) for enhanced security posture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math),
• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructures,
• Strong command of Linux operating systems and their administration,
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols,
• Applied knowledge of infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible,
• Solid experience with container technologie,
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on CI/CD processes and automation,
• Extensive experience with Linux system administration, including server provisioning, configuration, patch management, and troubleshooting,
• Proficiency in managing and operating Kubernetes clusters and ecosystem tools,
• Experience with log management tools (e.g., ELK stack, Graylog), CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Octopus), and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes),
• Basic understanding of security best practices and experience supporting DevSecOps initiatives,
• Hands-on experience with Helm charts and managing Kubernetes configurations,
• Strong understanding of environment variable management and best practices for secure deployments,
• Solid knowledge of networking, routing, and infrastructure management,
• A passion for learning and implementing new technologies,
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
