- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketplace or platform design
- Expertise in Figma or similar design tools
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Strong user research and testing skills
- Experience with real estate or rental platforms
- Background in designing trust and verification systems
- Experience with payment flow design
- Knowledge of UK market and user preferences
