Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into engaging UI/UX designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Framer to visualize design concepts and user flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
• Utilize Canva to create engaging visual assets, including graphics for marketing materials and social media.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously enhance your skill set and the team's output.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of collaborative improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces.
• Experience with Framer for creating interactive prototypes.
