About the Role

We’re a U.S.-based direct-to-consumer brand that has generated over $300M in revenue across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and retail. We’re now rebuilding our growth engine from the ground up using AI, modular CRO systems, and lean global teams — and we’re looking for a technical growth operator to lead one of the most important verticals in the company.

This role sits at the intersection of conversion optimization, AI automation, and no-code/low-code execution. You’ll collaborate directly with the founder (310 Nutrition, Kashmere, Obsidian), our lead AI engineer, and a skilled Philippines-based execution team.

What You’ll Own

As our Growth Technologist, you will:

● Build and manage an AI-powered CRO testing system integrated into Shopify 2.0

● Architect workflows that generate and deploy landing page variants using Claude/GPT + Replo or native theme sections

● Automate creative testing loops using Slack, ClickUp, and internal SOPs

● Collaborate with our PH team to execute and scale successful tests

● Monitor results and iterate fast — focused on revenue, AOV, and conversion rate

● Build and maintain clear documentation so systems can scale without deep technical support

About You

You might currently be a:

● Technical Growth Marketer

● Full-Stack Marketer with strong CRO experience

● Shopify Growth Hacker who’s adopted AI

● Automation-First Ecom Strategist

● AI-Powered Operator tired of working in agencies or bloated teams

You should have:

● Experience working inside Shopify or other DTC ecosystems

● Familiarity with CRO testing frameworks and offer strategy

● Comfort using Claude or GPT to build systems, not just generate content

● Ability to connect tools, structure data, and automate execution

● Strong written English and async communication skills

● Based in Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, or similar preferred)
