AI/ML Developer - Internal IT

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer to join our Machine Learning Internal IT team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models that support key business processes. Your tasks

• Design and develop AI/ML applications and models
• Implement models into production systems
• Analyze data and optimize machine learning processes
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deploy AI solutions
• Conduct testing and validation of models
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Python Developer, AI/ML Developer, or in a similar AI/ML-related role
• Proficiency in Python and practical experience with Git, Pandas, and PyTest
• Ability to work with large datasets and data processing tools
• Knowledge of machine learning methods and algorithms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Communicative level of English (spoken and written)
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
