Your tasks
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets to uncover patterns and trends
- Design, develop, and validate predictive models using supervised and unsupervised ML techniques
- Translate data into clear insights, preparing reports and visualizations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement data-driven solutions
- Apply best practices in software development, ensuring reproducibility and scalability of models
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in data science or advanced analytics
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g. mathematics, physics, computer science, bioinformatics
- Proficiency in Python and/or R, with strong knowledge of machine learning libraries, e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyMC3
- Solid background in statistics and time-series analysis, e.g. Bayesian methods, ARIMA, MCMC
- Good command of English (B2/C1), with the ability to communicate technical topics to diverse stakeholders
- Fluent Polish required
- Residing in Poland required
- Experience with Spark is a plus
