Role Description

This is a role for a Biotech / AI ML Engineer cofounder/partner at RobAiotics Corp. The cofounder/partner will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI and robotics technologies for healthcare solutions. Day-to-day tasks include researching and developing algorithms, collaborating with medical experts and institutions, and overseeing project milestones. This is a hybrid role based in Istanbul, with the flexibility of some work from home.

• Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
• Strong background in Computer Vision
• Proficiency in Statistics and data analysis
• Health Acumen
• Building LLM, VLMs, Agentic and Multi Modal Ai Systems
• Experience with transformers
• Experience in collaborative research and development
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in healthcare technology is a plus
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant field is preferred.
