Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze of RF Data and Drive Test data;
• Service Failure Investigations and customer complaints process;
• Analyze logs using tools to produce statistics
• Responsible for the site script production kpi monitoring
• Responsible for KPI optimization and improvement
• Identify of non-dominant pilot and sources interference
• Capacity monitoring and evaluation.
• Launch DT&CQT test and analyze measurements result.
• Escalate any issues that affect the network quality of assigned area to direct manager.
• Follow up with QoS performance of new sites integrated into assigned area
• Performing the technical support, routine maintenance task, troubleshooting and system improvement.
• Monitor the alarm report from OMC system and handle the alarms
• Assure technical assistance for solving customer inquiries and issues
• Perform any other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on superior request

Qualification & Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a background in any network optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Skilled in analyzing standard KPIs (access, drop, load, traffic) through drive test logs and oss kpis.
• Strong knowledge of wireless equipment and 4G/5G principles; capable of air interface signaling analysis.
• Preferred: experience in daily 5G KPI optimization, counter-level issue analysis, 4G/5G interworking, performance analysis, and MLB load balancing, ability to optimize KPI
• Extensive experience in swap projects.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, able to follow tasks through from start to finish.
