Financial Technologies Product Management Specialist / Sr. Specialist

As a Product Management Specialist / Sr. Specialist you have the end-to-end responsibility from certain products and features.

What will you do?

Assist Sr. Product Manager in defining product strategy and improve our customers’ experience using data and intuition
Deeply understand customer needs through qualitative and quantitative research and by spending time with them
Prioritize over hundreds of requests from customers, colleagues, and partners
Collaborate with UX design, customer research, engineering, marketing, and analytics partners
Identify new growth opportunities via quantitative research, UX studies, and reviews of industry-standard methodologies
Proactively monitor key performance metrics to support and inform product decision making
Take responsibility from day one in delivering high quality financial products

Requirements

Graduation from a top-tier university
Minimum 1 years of experience, mostly within product management (5 years for Sr. Specialist)
Strong empathetic skills and passion for learning
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Humility
