We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join a dynamic investment management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment and wants exposure across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.
What You’ll Do
- Support senior management in overseeing funds and managed accounts.
- Reconcile positions and cash across portfolios.
- Review and authorize trades while ensuring smooth settlement cycles.
- Monitor liquidity and prepare performance attribution analysis.
- Generate transparent investor reports and statements.
- Work closely with compliance to strengthen internal policies.
- Coordinate with auditors on annual financial reporting.
- Lead process improvements and system upgrades.
- Conduct regular audits to identify risks and enhance controls.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- Fund accounting knowledge and experience
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
- Ability to collaborate across functions in a fast-growing business
- ACCA / ACA (or working toward qualification) is a plus
- Experience with Enfusion or similar platforms is a bonus
