We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join a dynamic investment management team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment and wants exposure across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior management in overseeing funds and managed accounts.
• Reconcile positions and cash across portfolios.
• Review and authorize trades while ensuring smooth settlement cycles.
• Monitor liquidity and prepare performance attribution analysis.
• Generate transparent investor reports and statements.
• Work closely with compliance to strengthen internal policies.
• Coordinate with auditors on annual financial reporting.
• Lead process improvements and system upgrades.
• Conduct regular audits to identify risks and enhance controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
