About the Role

We’re rebuilding a complex digital platform from the ground up—and we’re looking for Full Stack React Developers who thrive in high-impact environments.

In this role, you’ll craft responsive, accessible front-end interfaces while engineering robust, scalable back-end services. This is a hands-on position blending UI finesse with architectural depth—ideal for developers who want their work to drive real-world transformation.

👉 Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage, especially for client-facing interactions and content localization.

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Focus Candidate:

• Build scalable, responsive React.js components integrated with RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect, mobile-first interfaces
• Maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
• Ensure performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility

Back-End Focus Candidate:

• Develop .NET Core microservices deployed in Kubernetes environments
• Integrate secure APIs using Kong & Mulesoft with JWT authentication
• Optimize Oracle database interactions and implement PL/SQL procedures
• Support CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps and automate release workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to system architecture discussions

Troubleshoot issues across the stack and ensure seamless data flow

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of full-stack development with React.js & .NET Core
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and API management platforms
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git), Docker, and Kubernetes
• Understanding of accessibility standards, performance optimization, and secure coding practices
• Background in Agile environments and large-scale government or real estate platforms is a plus
