THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of product management experience, building digital products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Strategy & Development: Own and manage the product roadmap from ideation through to execution, optimizing and iterating based on user feedback and market demands.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement iterative changes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, compliance, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and enhancements.
• Speaking to customers: Extracting the right insights from the right segment of customers - includes asking the right questions, in the right manner, to get the right answers
• Ruthless prioritization: Ability to cut the right corners, make the right trade-offs to deliver initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 3 years of experience in product management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs, AB testing, and UX design.
• Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product optimization and performance analysis.

• Reporting to: Senior Product Manager.

• Collaboration: You will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Support, Operations, Compliance and other departments to deliver a seamless product experience and ensure product success.
