Product Manager - Payments

We have partnered with a fast-growing fintech to hire a Product Manager - Payments to drive the development of innovative financial products.

About the role:

You will take ownership of the payments product roadmap, ensuring seamless user experiences and compliance with local and international regulations. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features that improve transaction speed, reliability, and security.

About you:

• Proven track record as a Product Manager within fintech, digital banking, or e-commerce payments
• Strong understanding of payment processing flows, card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), and settlement processes
• Experience with API integrations, payment gateways, and orchestration platforms
• Familiarity with real-time payments (RTP), tokenisation, and fraud detection systems
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, AML, and KYC regulatory requirements
• Ability to define and manage technical product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Skilled in data-driven decision-making using analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or SQL)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align engineering, compliance, and commercial teams
