Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, validate, and deploy ML/DL models (NLP, CV, transformers, statistical learning) with real-world impact.
- Build robust data pipelines, feature stores, and implement MLOps best practices (CI/CD, automated retraining, observability).
- Drive Responsible AI initiatives – fairness audits, explainability, and compliance with GDPR, ISO, ICAO frameworks.
- Partner with stakeholders to frame problems, align AI solutions with business objectives, and provide decision support.
- Deliver insights, dashboards, and recommendations to influence enterprise-wide AI strategy.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years overall experience, with 3–5 years in applied AI/ML.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s/Certifications in ML preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Programming: Python, R, SQL, StreamLit
- ML/AI Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, Hugging Face
- MLOps & Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, Git CI/CD
- Data Engineering: Apache Spark, Kafka, dbt
- Cloud: Azure ML
- Visualization: Power BI, Tableau
- Responsible AI Tools: Atlan or similar platforms
- Proven experience applying AI/ML in aviation, transportation, or enterprise-scale domains.
