Responsibilities
- Manage digital projects to ensure effective, high-quality execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor project deliveries regarding scope, progress, costs, and quality.
- Translate business needs into technical IT requirements.
- Oversee the delivery and implementation of solutions into the ecosystem.
- Develop solution concepts, business cases, and define success metrics for project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze and select preferred solutions, understanding the IT system landscape.
- Higher education in IT or Business; relevant experience can compensate for a formal degree.
- Previous experience working as both a project manager and a business analyst.
- In-depth knowledge of processes and solutions in Oil & Gas operations.
- Senior-level work experience in relevant areas such as field operations, maintenance, engineering, production optimization, energy management, or exploration.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to engage the business and coordinate activities within matrix teams.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and the digitalization of business processes is an advantage.
