Our client is a global financial services group with a strong presence across markets, offering advanced trading solutions and digital asset products. They are seeking to expand their footprint in the crypto space by hiring a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (Crypto).


Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the crypto division by identifying new opportunities, building strong partnerships, and expanding the client base. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital assets market, strong networking skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development within crypto/fintech.


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategies to expand business in crypto markets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with institutional and retail partners.
  • Identifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities in digital assets.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize offerings and enhance client satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within crypto, blockchain, or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets, crypto exchanges, and blockchain ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
