Job Title: Co-Founder & CTO (Equity-Based)

About Us

We are an early-stage SaaS fintech startup building a cross-chain platform.

We are now looking for a Co-Founder & CTO to join the founding team and lead the entire technology vision and execution. This is an equity-only role at the start (no salary until funding or more stable revenue is secured), with significant ownership and influence over the company’s future.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technical leader in SaaS, fintech, or blockchain projects.
• Strong background in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure.
• Experienced with Agile methodologies, KPIs, and managing distributed development teams.
• Comfortable working with uncertainty, fast pivots, and the demands of an early-stage startup.
• Strong intercultural communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage remote teams.
• Visionary mindset with a passion for Web3, accounting/fintech, and creating scalable global solutions.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience

Core Technical Skills

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GC, CI/CD pipelines, scalable infra design
• Backend: Node.js, SQL (Postgres/MySQL), Java, API architecture
• Frontend: React / Next.js
• Blockchain: Familiarity with Ethereum, Avalanche, Cardano, Polygon, Solana, L2s, etc and exchanges APIs
• Security: Best practices in data protection, authentication, and compliance

Your Responsibilities

• MVP development (design, build, test, iterate) hands-on.
• Define and implement the technology stack, architecture, and database design.
• Build and document APIs; ensure integrations with blockchains, exchanges, and custody platforms.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance of infrastructure and application.
• Manage outsourced developers and gradually build an internal dev team.
• Set up development workflows, coding standards, and agile culture.
• Oversee DevOps: deployment pipelines, releases, monitoring, performance.
• Oversee SysAdmin tasks: domain management, SSL, security, data protection.
• Participate in strategy planning, product roadmap, and company management alongside the founders.
• Continuously track Web3 and fintech tech trends, proposing innovations and maintaining a competitive edge.
