Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Salesforce CRM & Care Management Programs

Location: UAE (Onsite/Hybrid as required)

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives across two critical domains:

1. Salesforce CRM Implementation – leading the modernization of our Contact Center journey.

2. Care Management Programs – overseeing programs aimed at enhancing chronic care management for our patient population. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in enterprise program delivery, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage complex healthcare and CRM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM programs across payer, provider, and hospital clients. Govern care management, patient engagement, referral workflows, and contact centre optimization.
• Oversee integration with EHR/HIS, claims systems, and FHIR/HL7 APIs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA/GDPR. Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendor teams while aligning to Agile, DevOps, and Salesforce release cycles.
• Provide executive reporting and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant implementations. Proactively resolve conflicts, negotiate priorities, and align multiple teams (IT, clinical, operations) toward common objectives in tight timelines balancing customer and internal Mastek priorities.
• Facilitate steering committees, working groups, and stakeholder meetings with clear agendas, actionable outcomes, and effective follow-through.
