• 2–5 years of post-degree software development experience
• Strong in Java or C# (at least one required)
• Solid grasp of OOP, data structures, and algorithms
• Hands-on with SQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS/JQuery, or JSON (preferred)
• Familiar with Git or other version control tools
• Willing to relocate anywhere in the US (onsite role)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, Math, or related field
