Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager – IT to lead the development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of digital and technology products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT products and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, business stakeholders, and marketing to deliver high-quality product solutions.
- Gather and prioritize business and user requirements through research, interviews, data analysis, and market insights.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and actionable user stories.
- Oversee product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing iteration.
- Monitor product performance metrics and use data to inform future development and enhancements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date on emerging technology trends.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between product goals and organizational strategy.
- Drive agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the IT or software industry.
- Proven experience managing digital products or SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Background in enterprise IT systems, APIs, or integrations.
- Certification in Agile Product Management or Scrum (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PM/PO).
