Senior Director - Strategy Execution - APAC

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the governance of our APAC Must Win pipeline, ensuring our most critical initiatives translate into real business value.

In this role, you’ll bridge strategic decision-making and operational execution, set the gold standard for governance, and accelerate the delivery of initiatives that shape the future of our region. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll provide insights, foresight, and methods that keep our transformation agenda on track.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage the APAC Must Win Pipeline, ensuring a balanced multi-year portfolio with clear value delivery expectations.
• Translate pipeline performance into insights for stakeholders, highlighting value creation, gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Define regional policies, stage-gates, and value-assurance methods from ideation through value realization.
• Establish consistent standards for value, risk, capacity, and readiness to strengthen comparability and confidence.
• Run governance cadence, challenge assumptions, and ensure initiatives align with APAC strategic objectives.
• Forecast value delivery timelines, anticipate risks, and guide proactive mitigation to keep initiatives on track.
• Accelerate initiative progression by resolving bottlenecks early and ensuring timely realization of strategic value.
• Deliver clear dashboards and executive reports on pipeline health, progress, risks, and resourcing needs.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields required.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategy execution or performance management, with 2-3 years in a Management Consulting firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and value delivery.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• High levels of ownership and experience operating in fast-paced, unstructured environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to engage C-suite executives
• Experience in drafting complex power-point, Word documenting, reporting and dashboarding tools
