Responsibilities
Job Description - CFO
- Fully responsible for listing matters, including but not limited to approving financial statements, public information, pricing, IPO, roadshow.
- Establish financial rules that adapt to the development of overseas business by connecting companies and regions.
- Responsible for the financial management of the regional company in each country, including financial team management, operation management, budget supervision and management.
- Tracking and analyzing the completion of the financial indicators and budgets, and timely reveal and early warning of potential operational and management problems for senior decision-making reference.
- Participate in the company's major decision-making, and propose forward-looking early warning and measures in terms of finance, capital, risk control and policy.
- Bachelor degree in finance and economics or above.
- 10 years and plus experience working for top notch investment banks or technology corporations.
- Have solid knowledge and practice of leading the IPO process, and successfully led deals of M&A (including pre- and post-investment management) and US stock listing.
- Experience as CFO or Chief Investment Officer in US-listed fin-tech companies are highly preferred.
- Strategic thinking, outstanding influential and negotiation skills.
- Have a global mindset and cross-culture leadership capabilities.
Work location: if based in US, candidate can be WFH for around 60-70% of the time and works in Opay SG office for around 30-40% of the time.
