What You'll Do

💼 Role: CX/Product Manager
What You'll Do
- Define, own, and deliver the product roadmap for e-commerce and mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specifications, and user stories.
- Manage and optimize website features, customer journey flows, and customer support ticketing processes to enhance CX.
- Collaborate with design, development, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Conduct product positioning analysis and drive adoption strategies to maximize engagement and retention.
- Act as the primary product owner for WooCommerce (or Shopify/Magento equivalent) and support future native mobile app development (iOS/Android).
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and support data to inform continuous improvements.
- Serve as the communication bridge between stakeholders (including Mandarin-speaking counterparts in Singapore and Malaysia) and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in CX/product management within e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, or Magento required).
- Hands-on experience with mobile applications (native iOS/Android preferred) and digital product ownership.
- Strong knowledge of PRD writing, roadmap planning, customer journey mapping, and support ticketing systems.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required for stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong technical background or ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
