Key Responsibilities
• Deliver UI interaction design and user experience for the online ordering app and web.
• Convert PRDs and wireframes/prototypes from Product Managers into high-fidelity UI (components, states, specs) ready for development.
• Hand over UI deliverables to the Mainland China development team, run UI reviews, and participate in pre-release UI walkthroughs to secure quality at launch.
• On the basis of the brand’s global VI and online marketing UI guidelines, design online ordering experiences adapted to Southeast Asian user habits.
Required Qualifications
• Familiar with Southeast Asia’s online F&B environment, and with online ordering interaction flows and UX.
• Previously led the design of online ordering software for a chain F&B brand, stayed deeply involved after launch to support operations and version iterations.
• Education in Design or Advertising preferred; experience in cross-border operations for F&B brands’ online business is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency with Figma and delivery of developer-ready UI specs.
• Ability to run UI reviews and pre-release walkthroughs with remote engineering teams.
• Clear documentation and communication; cross-team collaboration across regions.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English
