The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should be hands-on and also have experience managing people in project teams and be an effective communicator.

The Senior Project Manager will

  • operate as the program management lead will partner across functionally to manage across all work streams, sub-projects and functions.
  • establish the Program Management organization structure, hiring and managing staffing requirements, oversee the delegation of work to Project Managers and Subject Matter experts. Regional cross-functional management of project management and business transformation initiatives with broad, diverse work streams and multiple projects.
  • drive accountability and owns Program deliverables including creating the optimal program structure, high performing team and performance target setting & reviews for individuals and the team
  • create and oversee the integrated program plans and will be responsible to deliver their program on time, on-budget, with specified scope across all functional areas, including integrated program plan (master timeline), project charter, resource plan, budget, status reporting and governance.
  • be accountable to the Executive Steering Committee and ensures the necessary process, structure, resources, and governance is in place to deliver successful results. Ensures Program Sponsors and stakeholders are regularly engaged for input/consultation communicating any emerging risks and corresponding mitigation plans. Provides transparent and timely reporting to all stakeholders. Projects Monitoring & Reporting - summarize and report overall program status progress to executive sponsors and steering committee with clear indication of issues, risks and dependencies.
  • be required to articulate mitigations, resolutions plans and drive path forward for high level work items. Escalates decisions to executive sponsors as necessary. Works with service delivery leaders to take corrective action as needed.
  • facilitate conflict resolution and jumpstarts stalled deliverables by identifying and removing barriers and driving issues to timely resolution.
  • evaluate and assesses project/program post implementation and presents key findings/lessons learned to executive leadership. Communicates learnings that can be reapplied across PISC.


Requirement

  • At least 10-12 years’ project management for full life cycle of business transformation projects by leveraging SAP or Salesforce platform.
  • Minimum 5-8 years Program Management / PMO experience with responsibility for delivering cross-functional initiatives, budget management and managing teams. Regional experience highly preferred with experience on multiple enterprise programs and understands different PMO concepts for highly matrixed organizations.
  • Display strategic thinking capabilities, with abilities to juggle multiple goals and deadlines in the context of the big picture
  • Team Leadership & Development: Ability to mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others
  • Facilitation, Negotiation & Problem Resolution Skills: Ability to build a strong network and relationships at executive levels with technology and solutions, customers and vendor groups. Ability to identify problem and effective in problem resolution.
  • Experienced with SAP S/4 Sales & Manufacturing, CRM, Business Transformation, Change Management in global/regional organizations highly preferred
  • Strong understanding in Project Management Methodologies. Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification is preferred. Understanding and experience with agile methodologies
  • Experience in IT process transformation and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts; certifications is preferred.
  • Good understanding of sales, manufacturing and/or finance end-to-end processes.
  • Understanding in API technologies (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and experience in designing/implementing API systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard integration platforms and tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel) is desirable.
  • Ability to manage complexity; distil complex information and pro-cesses into simple views and communications; excellent in delivering presentation to project stakeholders and management team.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Project and PowerPoint in crafting and delivering management messages
  • Ability to work with minimum guidance & directions, resilience and resourcefulness
  • Language proficiency: Good Professional English
