The Role

They are seeking a Front-End Engineer to take ownership of the user-facing experience of their AI video security platform. This role will drive the architecture and best practices of the front-end stack while building an intuitive, performant product used across industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, responsive user interfaces for seamless interactions
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver an intuitive, industry-leading product
• Build and maintain a scalable component library and design system
• Optimize front-end performance while ensuring maintainability, scalability, and code quality

This is a full-time, in-office position (4 days per week).

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript, with strong CSS and responsive design skills
• Experience with React Query, Storybook, and Material UI (or similar frameworks)
• Proven track record of leading large-scale front-end projects and defining best practices
• Strong ability to optimize performance and deliver highly interactive, user-friendly applications
• Familiarity with backend/cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Python, databases)
• Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and document processes clearly
