Title: iOS Developer
Location: Chicago Old Post Office (preferred) or Deerfield, IL – 3 days per week onsite (potential conversion to FTE requires 4 days per week onsite)

What You Will Be Accountable For
- Design, build, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Develop and implement modular, scalable, and testable code with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Integrate APIs and manage networking logic for mobile applications.
- Conduct debugging and performance tuning using tools such as Xcode Instruments.
- Perform unit testing and contribute to quality assurance efforts to ensure reliable app delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
- Identify and resolve problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback.
- Ensure all code meets industry standards, best practices, and compatibility with devices and operating systems.
- Participate in hands-on coding assessments and technical discussions to support delivery excellence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to tools, workflows, and development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience with strong focus on iOS development.
- Expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, API integration, networking, modularization, debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience using Xcode Instruments and related iOS development tools.
- Strong knowledge of design techniques, principles, and production processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, concurrency, and modern iOS frameworks (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated, independent contributor with the ability to manage time effectively and hit the ground running.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
