Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Flutter Specialist to design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile apps (iOS/Android) using Flutter/Dart. You’ll own feature development end-to-end—implementing clean architecture and state management and ensuring performance, accessibility, localization, and smooth store releases. You follow solid engineering practices (Git/CI/CD, code reviews, unit/widget/integration tests), monitor quality, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA to deliver reliable, polished experiences on time. Proven experience shipping production Flutter apps and strong problem-solving/communication skills are essential.

Essential Functions - Frontend

• Architect and develop mobile applications based on user requirement specifications, evolving use cases, and continuous user feedback.
• Work closely with UI/UX Designers to accurately implement their designs.
• Work with other Software Engineers to co-design APIs based on requirements and integrate frontends with various internal and external APIs.

Essential Functions - Documentation & QA

• Write and maintain software requirement specifications (i.e., user stories and use cases) based on evolving end-user requirements.
• Develop comprehensive tests (unit, functional, API, integration, performance, etc.).
• Plan and perform extensive manual and automated testing of frontend applications.
• Work closely with QA Engineers to facilitate their testing activities.
• Provide technical support to clients and end users for installation, testing, and training.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues on the fly as needed.
• Follow best practices for coding, documentation, version control, issue tracking, CI/CD.

Qualification & Experience

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mobile Application Developer for Flutter

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and user-centric mindset.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
