👥 Your role in the team

• Autonomous Project Management: Lead the full lifecycle of implementation and rollout projects—both technical and organizational—from start to successful go-live and post-launch.
• Agile Leadership: Manage project teams using agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban to ensure smooth development processes.
• Client Collaboration: Partner closely with our customers to launch new projects and continually enhance existing ones, ensuring long-term success.
• Progress Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project timelines, and regularly update key stakeholders on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Post-Project Support: Provide ongoing support to customers after project completion and implement continuous product improvements based on their feedback.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal development and production teams, as well as external suppliers, to ensure all technical and organizational requirements are met.
• Customer Communication: Manage client inquiries proactively and maintain clear, ongoing communication to build strong relationships.
