Looking for a Founding Developer / Partner for Manāra – AI Interior Design App

I’m building Manāra, an AI-powered interior design copilot that helps users transform their spaces through a seamless journey in the UAE:

Profile setup → Project onboarding (photos, dimensions, AR scan) → AI moodboard → AI presentation → AUTOCAD → 3D renders → curated shop & installer list.

The app is currently prototyped on Lovable, but the vision is to develop a scalable, mobile-first solution (iOS → Android later) with a strong backend and AI integrations.

What We’re Building (Core Features – MVP)

• User Accounts & Subscriptions (Apple/Google login, Stripe/Apple Pay integration).

• Avatar & Project Creation (style quiz, lifestyle, property info).

• AR/LiDAR Room Measurement Tool (e.g., Apple RoomPlan or similar).

AI Workflow:

• Generate moodboards (AI image models).
• Auto-create short presentations (AI text + slides).
• Produce basic AUTOCAD 2D plans.
• Generate 3D renders (cloud-based).
• Curated shopping recommendations (local + global).
• Results Dashboard (PDF/ZIP export, 2D/3D viewer).
• Admin Dashboard (users, projects, subscriptions).

Who I’m Looking For

A full-stack developer (or small team) excited to be part of building a product from the ground up. Ideally, you have experience with some of these:

• Mobile app development (SwiftUI, React Native, or Flutter).
• Backend (Node.js/Python, Postgres, APIs).
• AI/ML integrations (Stable Diffusion, embeddings, image generation).
• 3D/web viewer experience (WebGL, glTF).
• Payment systems (Stripe, IAP).

The Offer

This is an early-stage venture with huge potential, and I’m looking for someone who’s excited to build from the ground up. Instead of a standard “work-for-hire” arrangement, I want to create a true partnership:

• Equity / revenue share (10–15% depending on involvement).
• Flexible: either reduce upfront fee in exchange for equity, or become a technical co-founder with long-term upside.
• You’ll be joining at the earliest stage, real opportunity to shape product & tech decisions.
• A seat at the table, you’ll help shape product direction, tech decisions, and the future of the company.
