We are looking for a QA Technical Lead who will focus on our products' content. This role will mainly focus on testing the core mechanics of the games, including match-3, meta, merge, and more (adding new features, refactoring, optimization), and releasing new game content. You'll be able to directly influence the product and actively participate in the department's growth and development.

Our Stack

• We perform manual testing on many platforms (the main ones being iOS and Android) and use TeamCity to assemble builds.
• We use the following auxiliary tools: 3uTools, ADB/AppCat, Charles Proxy
• We use Qase to work with test cases and track crashes in Sentry.
• Data analysis is conducted with Amplitude
• We automate tests in Python, Pytest, and Appium

Responsibilities

• Providing quality control and testing of game features on mobile platforms at all product development life cycle stages.
• Maintaining and writing automated tests in Python (80/20 ratio of manual testing and automation).
• Analyzing, creating, and updating test documentation
• Finding problems and working with the team to fix them
• Implementation changes and optimizing processes and approaches within the team

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in manually testing mobile games on different platforms (IOS/Android).
• Experience in developing automated tests for mobile applications in any programming language.
• An understanding of the development life cycle, programming fundamentals, and client-server communication
• The ability to work with documentation: analyzing technical specifications and compiling test documentation
• Experience with analytical systems, including error monitoring tools
• Experience in implementing and optimizing processes
• Excellent self-organization and work-planning skills
• Proactivity, highly developed communication skills, flexibility

Preferred

• Experience with Asana, Qase/TestRail/TestIT, etc., Confluence/Coda, analytics systems
• An understanding of the specifics of working with casual projects and the match-3 genre
• Experience working with analytical systems, as well as experience in analyzing complex technical systems with a large amount of data
