Junior HR Specialist

What you'll do:

• Organizing and managing onboarding processes for new team members
• Making sure newcomers feel welcome and supported from day one
• Assisting with internal communications and participating in team check-ins or 1:1s when needed
• Helping improve HR processes and documentation as the team grows
• Acting as a positive and approachable point of contact for team members
• Support project managers in coordinating team members for company projects
  
  

We think you'll be great at this role if you have:

• 0.5 to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment or a similar field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+) and Ukrainian
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and a responsible attitude
• Desire to learn and grow in HR, especially in the AI space
  
  

It's a plus if you have:

• Previous experience in IT or service company
• Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus
• Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems
• A people-oriented mindset and love for teamwork
