What you'll do:

What you'll do:
- Organizing and managing onboarding processes for new team members
- Making sure newcomers feel welcome and supported from day one
- Assisting with internal communications and participating in team check-ins or 1:1s when needed
- Helping improve HR processes and documentation as the team grows
- Acting as a positive and approachable point of contact for team members
- Support project managers in coordinating team members for company projects
- 0.5 to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment or a similar field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+) and Ukrainian
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a responsible attitude
- Desire to learn and grow in HR, especially in the AI space
- Previous experience in IT or service company
- Any other foreign language knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems
- A people-oriented mindset and love for teamwork
