Job Title: Game Operations & Publishing Assistant

Location: Sunderland (Office-Based)

Type: Full-Time Contract

We're hiring a detail-oriented and organised individual to support the daily operations of our mobile game publishing team. This is an in-office role suited for someone who can stay on top of multiple tasks, communicate clearly,  help improve existing games and bring new ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Test and review game builds, provide clear feedback
• Manage updates on Google Play, Apple, and Amazon stores
• Run A/B tests and track results
• Coordinate developer progress and schedules
• Assist with UI/UX improvements and wireframes
• Research competitor games and identify trends

Requirements:

• 2+ years in game operations, QA, publishing, or UI/UX
• Strong visual design sense for game UI
• Experience with Adobe XD and/or Unity
• Organised, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Passion for mobile games

Bonus Skills:

• Visual design for brands, logos, or marketing
• Unity implementation
• Cross-platform design experience
