Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing experience in infrastructure support, including networking, server management, and firewall configuration; performing service desk operations and customer support methodologies; troubleshooting complex technical issues including diagnosing network latency problems and resolving server downtime incidents; liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project execution; working with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), and Cisco; and working with virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V, cloud services including AWS and Azure, and scripting languages including PowerShell and Python, for automation and process improvement. Proficiency in Portuguese required. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 years of related work of experiences as satisfying the Bachelor's degree requirement
