About Us:

Furalle is in HRTech startup focused on smart recruitment and AI-powered career tools. We’ve developed Furalle Job Smart, an innovative web app that helps job seekers prepare stronger applications with CV analysis, job matches, tailored documents, and multilingual support.

The Role:

We’re looking for a React + Node.js Developer to join us on a freelance/part-time basis and help us build, improve, and scale our Job Smart app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on developing and refining the React frontend and Node.js (Express) backend.

• Implement features like job matching, document generation, and payment flows.

• Fix UI/UX issues and optimize performance (desktop + mobile).

• Support deployment, bug fixing, and future feature rollouts.

Requirements:

✅ Solid experience with React (hooks, state management, responsive UI).

✅ Experience with Node.js / Express backend.

✅ Familiarity with APIs (Stripe, file upload, OpenAI integrations, etc.).

✅ Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multilingual apps.

• Knowledge of cloud deployment (Render, Vercel, etc.).

• Interest in HRTech or recruitment solutions.
