Software Engineer (Go)

As a Backend Software Engineer, you will join a team of experienced engineers building a next-generation AI platform designed to streamline structured processes for high-profile clients in Switzerland.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Engineering Team and the CTO to design and develop the system architecture, contributing across the stack, from integrating machine learning components to developing backend services and cloud infrastructure.

The tech stack is still evolving, and you’ll play a key role in shaping it. Currently, the backend is primarily built with Go, the machine learning models are implemented in Python and deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and the frontend is built using React and TypeScript, along with a proprietary functional programming framework.

You should ideally have 5+ years of experience in software development, strong coding skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be expected to contribute your own ideas and take ownership of key components of the product.
