WE ARE LOOKING FOR Senior/Lead C++ Developer (Software Generalist)

We are seeking a skilled Senior/Lead C++ Developer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our ideal candidate is a software generalist, adept at both hands-on coding and strategic project management, with a strong C++ background and a proactive approach to process improvement. Join a dynamic team where your skills in C++ development will directly impact projects from inception through delivery, especially in critical, customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize software using C++17, with a strong focus on interfacing with AWS services (AWS IoT, AWS S3).
  • Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and define project milestones.
  • Manage project timelines, anticipate and mitigate risks, and communicate blockers and status updates effectively.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to existing client processes, ensuring smooth project flows and enhanced team productivity.

Required Qualifications

  • Expertise in C++17 development.
  • Experience with AWS services (AWS IoT, AWS S3).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and interface with AWS infrastructure.
  • Leadership Experience: Preferably experienced in a principal or lead developer role.
  • Effective Communication: Fluent in English, able to clearly articulate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Customer Collaboration: Skilled in discussing timelines, potential risks, blockers, and status updates with clients.
  • Process-Oriented: Proficiency in identifying and implementing process improvements within project workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with Windows API (Win32) for platform-specific development tasks.
