We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative credit card products with a leading financial institution.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive credit card acquisition strategies and product roadmaps
• Enhance customer experience across features, benefits, and digital channels
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations for successful launches
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain competitiveness

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in retail banking or cards product management
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Proven delivery across cross-functional squads, compliance, and regulatory initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Exposure to scheme compliance (Visa/Mastercard), digital wallets, or platform migrations is highly regarded
