The Role

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial mid-weight UX / Product Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll play a key role in shaping user experiences across our dual-sided marketplace and SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver seamless, intuitive, and compliant solutions in a highly regulated environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a UX/ Product designer who enjoys owning end-to-end user processes, from research and wireframing through to prototyping and high-fidelity UI design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Product, engineers, and stakeholders to design and deliver user-centered experiences.
• Conduct market research, user research, usability testing, and translate insights into product improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that meet both user and business needs.
• Ensure consistency and scalability through design systems and documentation.
• Balance innovation with compliance requirements in a regulated financial environment.
• Design for both sides of the marketplace (agencies/property managers and homeowners/ sellers).
• Contribute to product discovery, ideation, and strategic decision-making.

Skills & Experience (Required)

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience in SaaS or marketplace products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for digital platforms.
• Experience working in a dual-sided marketplace.
• Understanding of highly regulated industries (e.g., finance, payments, or similar).
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
• Strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Data-driven design experience (working with analytics, A/B testing, or product experimentation).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment.

Ideal Background (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in Finance, FinTech, Real Estate, or PropTech.
• Familiarity with payments, BNPL, or other financial products.
• Exposure to tools and software used in real estate industry.
