What You'll Be Doing
The role is responsible for leading the NSLHD transition to a district wide accreditation assessment as well as the project management of key safety and quality initiatives aligned with NSLHD Clinical Governance and Patient Experience Directorate priorities.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline, or substantial experience within a healthcare setting, is essential. Additional qualifications in Project Management or Quality Improvement are highly regarded.
- Can you describe a time when you provided strategic advice that influenced the direction of an accreditation, quality improvement, or safety initiative? What was your approach, and what impact did it have?
- Can you walk us through your involvement in a recent NSQHS accreditation survey? What role did you play, and how did your experience contribute to the outcome?
