We are looking for IT Operation Engineers to support daily operations in the Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics area, mainly support SAP ECC/S4 MM/SD module and surrounding systems, Responsibilities include troubleshooting business issues, providing customer support, and driving digital transformation initiatives (including AI).
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Understand user issue, according to system logic/biz process, provide resolution advise
- Provide operation guidance when is needed
- Cooperation with related teams include IT and biz
- Study and practice, contribution in AI Operation
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Logistics
- 5+ years of experience in SAP MM/SD module operations or implementations;
- Strong understanding of frontend operations, system configuration, and integration tools (IDoc/EDI)
- ABAP, Java, Python, and Splunk skills are a plus
- Fluent English and excellent learning ability, familiar with Chinese will be better
- Strong responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts when required
