Essential Responsibilities
Software Development Excellence
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications across frontend and backend environments.
- Build Progressive Web Applications (PWA) using modern frameworks and tools.
- Develop RESTful services with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated test scripts to ensure robust software delivery.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to process improvements across the SDLC.
- Prepare project documentation, including proposals, business cases, and reporting dashboards.
- Design and maintain automated reporting and analytics to support objectives tracking.
- Create presentation materials for leadership engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver iterative and impactful solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure technical alignment with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer, with proven expertise in automation and enterprise-grade applications.
- Experience in banking or financial services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Frontend: Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React (PWA applications).
- Backend: Advanced coding skills in Java or Kotlin with Spring Boot.
- Databases & Tools: Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Kafka, Git versioning.
- Architecture & Services: Strong experience with RESTful services, JPA for persistence, and microservices.
- Proficient in agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC best practices.
