Graphic Designer for Email, Ads & Marketing Creatives (Jewelry Brand)

I’m helping KOZAKH find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Graphic Designer for Email, Ads & Marketing Creatives (Jewelry Brand).

You will create digital designs that drive conversion and reflect the brand identity.

Compensation:

USD 8 - 15/hour

About Us:

KOZAKH is a U.S.-based jewelry brand sold in over 1,000 stores nationwide and online at kozakh.com. We’re known for refined, trend-driven, handmade jewelry. We’re looking for a creative graphic designer who can translate our brand into stunning digital assets that convert.

Role Overview:

You’ll be responsible for creating on-brand visuals for:

* Email campaigns (emails, headers, banners, product callouts).

* Meta & Google ads (multiple formats/sizes).

* Website banners & promotional graphics.

* Affiliate/partner marketing materials (static + simple animated assets).

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong portfolio of marketing design work (emails, ads, eCommerce banners).

* Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva.

* Ability to adapt brand style across multiple formats (email, social, ads).

* Understanding of performance design (clean layouts that drive clicks & conversions).

* Excellent communication, ability to take feedback and improve quickly.

* Bonus: Experience designing for fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.

Responsibilities:

* Produce fresh creative assets weekly based on campaigns/promos.

* Deliver ad variations in multiple formats (FB/IG feed, story, Reels covers, etc.).

* Work closely with our marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign goals.

* Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.

Compensation:

* Full-time (40 hrs/wk) or part-time with room to grow.
