Our People Specialist will move on to the next adventure and we are seeking the right person to take over her role. The People Specialist role is broad and you'll work closely with colleagues throughout the group - mainly managers but also our employees. You work for Strawberry Finland but you belong to a larger Nordic People team where we collaborate across borders.

You'll be specialized in People administration and support through our various People systems as well as developing processes in Finland and Nordics giving our employees and leaders an even better experience. You'll administer courses, educational projects as well as several of our People/HR systems. You are comfortable holding webinars both in English and Finnish and one of your main tasks is to support our People support mail.

In short, the role is broad and you'll work with almost all areas of People.

The role means that on certain days you'll be very administrative, while the next moment you'll have to work focused on more long-term tasks and projects in a fast paced and changing environment. At Strawberry, we strongly believe that freedom creates results, and you therefore need to enjoy taking responsibility and work independently. The role reports to the Director of People Finland.

We would like you to check the following:

• Relevant education from college or university
• Fluent in Finnish and English, written and verbally. We are happy if you are also fluent in Swedish
• You already have proven skills and experience from administrative and operational People/HR work
• Basic knowledge of Finnish labor law.
• Knowing the collective agreement for hospitality industry (MaRaVa TES) is certainly a benefit
• A "doer" who possesses the following personal qualities: Positive, committed, structured, communicative, solution-oriented and initiative-taking
• Triggered by administrative work and succeeds in creating structure in the unstructured
